Our experienced recruiters will have to go through the resumes submitted by candidates before then conducting aptitude test and interviews. After shortlisting, we will then link up the candidate with the hiring manager of your company

Scheduling for interview

Our recruiting team will arrange an interview with the manager of our client’s company at a very convenient time.

Feedback

After receiving the feedback from our client regarding the candidate’s application status, we will then communicate this back to the candidate. Our recruiting team will need this feedback so as to properly understand your needs and requirements for the candidate you hope to employ.

Selection process
